The friendliest easy to access customer service team...

The friendliest easy to access customer service team, which could not be more helpful. This is the first enjoyable insurance experience I have had which makes the process 'hassle-free' from the beginning to the end. The nifty on-line portal make your policy easy to adjust and clearly explains what level of cover you currently have. Everything an Insurance company should be, rivals take note! great building and contents insurance

This is now the second year I have had my home and building insurance with this company. Was delighted with the first year cover. When my renewal came up this year I tried different companies as their renewal price was a little high. I had decided to renew with a different company. I phoned one call to let them know I was going to renew with another company. Their agent whom was excellent in trying to keep me with themselves and was able to lower their price offered which was also lower than the company I had decided to change to. I decided to go with one call for another year. My experience with one call is very good and their agents go above and beyond to give you the best price they can for home insurance. They are very easy to deal with.

Very good value, and not pushy!
