Our Hotpoint Fridge/Freezer became faulty, so I phoned the repair line to ask for a repair. My options were clearly explained to me by the friendly assistant who promptly arranged a next day repair. The friendliest easy to access customer service team, which could not be more helpful. This is the first enjoyable insurance experience I have had which makes the process 'hassle-free' from the beginning to the end. The nifty on-line portal make your policy easy to adjust and clearly explains what level of cover you currently have. Everything an Insurance company should be, rivals take note!
