The staff i have always spoken to were very polite, extremely helpful and most important never pushy with anything which in this day and age is a rarity in its self. Have used one call insurance for a number of years and have had excellent service, however I had reason to contact one call insurance very recently, and found the call handler not helpful in the least and had either cut my call or got a bad signal, so not what I was expecting.
