Easy and quick to deal with

I had a really smooth experience with One Call Home Insurance. Everything was clear, quick and easy from start to finish, and the customer service was genuinely helpful. The policy was fairly priced compared to others I checked, and setting everything up took no time at all. Good Service

Good customer service, I don't like when agents try to upsell. All I wanted to do was change the address on my policy as I have moved and when I took out the policy I chose the additional premiums that I wanted. Having said that, once I said that I didn't want the enhancements, the agent dealt with my query reasonably quick;y.
