Great value, comprehensive cover

I've been with One Call for home insurance for a number of years now. I used to shop around when the policy was up for renewal but I've struggled to get the same level of cover for the same price with other providers so I've just stayed with One Call. Products seem to be excellent and customer service has been great when I've had to make contact. Thoroughly recommend. Reviewed on: 29th August 2023

One Call Insurance makes it so easy with all your insurance covers. The staff i have always spoken to were very polite, extremely helpful and most important never pushy with anything which in this day and age is a rarity in its self. Have used one call insurance for a number of years and have had excellent service, however I had reason to contact one call insurance very recently, and found the call handler not helpful in the least and had either cut my call or got a bad signal, so not what I was expecting. My husband had a better reception from the same call handler on the same day. But this is a one off in my opinion Reviewed on: 8th October 2024
