Professional, friendly company

Have been with One Call for a few years now and whenever I have wanted to talk to an advisor they have always answered swiftly and professionally but with a friendly and caring attitude. Fortunately, I have not had reason to make a claim yet but feel very confident that if I needed to it would be dealt with in a prompt and fair way. Also, even with auto renew, their prices are very competitive, I would rather stay with a company that is fair to its loyal customers than to one that only rewards new applications. Trusted Insurers.

We have home insurance with them although we have not had any claims there coverage is very good. So in the event of us having any claims I’m sure our coverage would be adequate. Reviewed on: 8th October 2024
