The friendliest easy to access customer service team, which could not be more helpful. This is the first enjoyable insurance experience I have had which makes the process 'hassle-free' from the beginning to the end. The nifty on-line portal make your policy easy to adjust and clearly explains what level of cover you currently have. Everything an Insurance company should be, rivals take note! I had an issue with drainage. The customer service was excellent. They sent out a company straight away to assess the situation and the work was done immediately. No quibbles, no issues and the renewal was competitive and I went with them again. Reviewed on: 8th October 2024
