Professional, friendly company

Have been with One Call for a few years now and whenever I have wanted to talk to an advisor they have always answered swiftly and professionally but with a friendly and caring attitude. Fortunately, I have not had reason to make a claim yet but feel very confident that if I needed to it would be dealt with in a prompt and fair way. Also, even with auto renew, their prices are very competitive, I would rather stay with a company that is fair to its loyal customers than to one that only rewards new applications. No quibbles, just great service

I had an issue with drainage. The customer service was excellent. They sent out a company straight away to assess the situation and the work was done immediately. No quibbles, no issues and the renewal was competitive and I went with them again. Reviewed on: 8th October 2024
