The friendliest easy to access customer service team, which could not be more helpful. This is the first enjoyable insurance experience I have had which makes the process 'hassle-free' from the beginning to the end. The nifty on-line portal make your policy easy to adjust and clearly explains what level of cover you currently have. Everything an Insurance company should be, rivals take note! A very Efficient and cost effective insurance broker

Whenever I have had any issues and called one call they are very helpful and prompt with their replies. I have used them for several years and they’ve always given a competitive quote for renewal that I don’t need to move to another insurance broker. Reviewed on: 9th October 2024
