Any issues and it gets resolved within a matter of seconds using the efficient online chatting service, especially given the fact its covid and everything is online the chat service gives you everything you need especially in time of need. Reviewed on: 17th September 2020

Extremely poor customer service - will NEVER recommend

I had accident Dec’19...despite sending photos, detailed information & independent assessor from NFU attending my house to confirm my car was a write off; I had no feedback from One Call. I constantly contacted them & eventually they replied September’20 asking for all information again. They offered me less than assessor states it was worth & told me I’d have to pay excess despite being hit at the rear by van driver who admitted liability. One Call emailed ‘did I want to pursue my claim or not!’ Ive been driving my vehicle all this time as I have no other. Now I’ve been left in limbo but they’re happy to accept my monthly premium payments. Disgusting! Reviewed on: 17th September 2020

Fairly simple to use, called call centre and managed to change cars on my policy though had to fully change policy as old one did not cover new car. Reviewed on: 17th September 2020
