My experience with One Call Insurance has been very good.

I have spoken to One Call Insurance operators on a few occasions to add my daughter on to my policy and was always given the best advice. Always very polite and knowledgeable. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2020

Not that good

Initially I thought One call were great until I had a non fault accident and then they have been appalling. I have tried lodging a complaint but even that hasn't resulted in anyone bothering to deal with my complaint Reviewed on: 2nd September 2020

Have had car insurance for over 5 years with One Call, always they have been competitively priced with good customer service, only had to use the recovery once, which arrived in just over one hour and dropped off my car at home as it was after 8 on a Friday evening, it cost £175 to use the same recovery company on Monday to drop my car at a garage. I’ve been with one call for about 9 years, or more, I’ve found them to be helpful, good renewal prices and competitive with other insurance companies, I’m now a platinum customer and this gives me more benefits and rewards from them, plus I’m on a monthly plan with them, all in all a great company to be insured with Reviewed on: 2nd September 2020
