great service easy to use and a good price

Very good

Very good except for no refund automatically like other insurers when I did not use my car for nearly 12 weeks during lockdown. Other friends got refunds yet I didn't. Would have been nice to have been offered a refund x Reviewed on: 17th September 2020

One call review so far

Quick and easy online good cover. Not needed to make a claim so far . So I cannot comment on that. Very nice call centre staff.and also the price was competitive. Reviewed on: 17th September 2020

Helpful

I've been with one call a couple of times and find them helpful with any queries and with attendance. The only thing I wasnt happy about was that during the covid virus I didn't receive any money back for not using my car as much, where family and friends got money back but other than that, I'm happy with my car insurance.
