A truly awful company. They have charged an overinflated interest payment on my car finance, take ages to respond to my queries and when I... A truly awful company. They have charged an overinflated interest payment on my car finance, take ages to respond to my queries and when I asked to voluntarily terminate they mentioned wear and tear charges on what was a 4 year old car when I took out the original lease, why anybody would be expected to pay for wear and tear on what is a 3 year old car is beyond me. Avoid these sharks they are akin to wonga loans and we know what happened to them.. Read more Read less

    Access Via App Would Be Appreciated

    I've had several accounts of various types over the years with Paragon. I'm happy with them all, but account access via app would be much more convenient.
