A great help

I have been in a number of credit unions mainly through employees but being unemployed due to ill health finding funds for essential items was impossible and was getting into debt with catalogue and high interest goods ships on hp. Since joining pcu I am able to purchase items without the high interest or high repayments but more importantly I now find myself comfortable enough not to worry and able to insure my goods so no worrying big expensive bills. I was so happy with pcu that I got my sister to join who was in the same boat but like me pcu have taken away any worries Reviewed on: 2nd June 2023

Easy to use, friendly staff

Partners CU have many times been a life saver for me. I have a revolver loan which is like an overdraft that you can withdraw up to your limit. Then when you pay back you can withdraw from again and again at any stage, it is so useable and flexible. Whenever I've needed to withdraw from it, it's a quick email, a friendly response and the money is in my bank. Recently I have had to apply for a loan due to my car breaking down, again a quick phone call to make sure I'm eligible , a simple online application, a friendly email to confirm details and all sorted. Fantastic customer service

I applied for loan online , I was unsure of the process. Within 1 hour customer service had contacted to help guide me through the application form .my loan was then paid into my account with out any problems. The customer service is second to none the staff are all so friendly and approachable, also very informative about the different products they offer. I would highly recommend Partners Credit union . The help I have had from them over the years.

For over 28yrs, parents credit union has been there for me and my family, I raised my three children under them through schools and universities, they are very good with their customers very polite on phone or face to face, they will also help you to get what u want or gives u and other alternative methods, but u results will be positive.
