Direct debit set up

There was an issue with my documents and direct debit. All resolved now but would've been easier without the hassle Reviewed on: 16th October 2023

Look for a better insurer!!

Had both dogs insured with this company. Oldest dog developed a tumour. Company refused to pay out even though the vet clarified it was not a pre-existing condition. Typical insurance, happy to take the money!!!! Better companies out there. Reviewed on: 27th March 2025

linked excluded conditions !!??

If you insure with this company make sure that your told about linked pre existing conditions before getting insurance by phone or otherwise, as I was not told on the phone of all excluded linked future conditions related to prostrate on a dog, they do not tell you all information on the phone which is the words of Petsure used in another review I wrote.
