Petsure is no. 1

When looking for insurance for my 8 week old puppy, I came across petsure. Petsure provided such a great customer service experience I felt confident my pet was going to be in good hands. They provide great coverage and care about providing good pet care. They made me feel at ease navigating my little puppy. Reviewed on: 17th September 2023

I'd never recommend

there's no way I'd put forward to win an award you must be joking! Having worked in customer services for 20 years, I have NEVER experienced such a slow process, mis communication or being told then when a customer calls it doesn't progress the claim! what on earth is the point int a phone number! usually when a customer calls you can move things on off the back of that call, I was told 20 day turn around in my first call then again in my 2nd and 3rd. so for aboit £140 reimbursement I'll be waiting 60 days. mental! A few glitches but overall happy.

We're new to pet insurance so wasn't really sure what to expect. We are really surprised and happy about the 24/7 vet consultations which we have used loads and are really professional, reassuring and helpful, it feels like a safety net like having 111 for our pets! We needed to make a few claims quite early on and the process was intially straight forward and the claims were settles eventually but there were some clerical difficulties and needed to intervene and call the vets chasing things up on their behalf. Also there seems to be a claim that we never made keep pinging up on the email which they have been notified about. Overall happy but some glitches with their systems/processes that need tightening up. Reviewed on: 15th September 2023

Relaxed about my cats

I feel really relaxed about my cats and what they get up to, partly because of the insurance from Petsure. The insurance covers Francy, who has had previous mishaps and is now a very delicate cat.... that rules the roost. I like our cover from Petsure because unlike other insurers, it covers Francy's previous injury to both of her back legs. This I'm grateful for. Reviewed on: 15th September 2023

Super duperly amazinggggg

So it’s a mine field out there and I stumbled onto Petsure and that was it! Nice and easy… life’s so busy now a days so to swiftly go through the application online was an absolute dream!!!!
