I'd never recommend

there's no way I'd put forward to win an award you must be joking! Having worked in customer services for 20 years, I have NEVER experienced such a slow process, mis communication or being told then when a customer calls it doesn't progress the claim! what on earth is the point int a phone number! usually when a customer calls you can move things on off the back of that call, I was told 20 day turn around in my first call then again in my 2nd and 3rd. so for aboit £140 reimbursement I'll be waiting 60 days. mental!
