Great customer service, great organisation

I've used plane saver for 8 years and they were the only organisation who lend me money for my car in 2017. Very reasonable rates, penalty free early repayments, the best over the phone customer service I've known. Highly recommend. Reviewed on: 2nd June 2025

I had issues opening my plane saver account and tried for months and one day contacted plane saver direct and was assisted by a lovley agent called jade was very patient and informative and was very helpful great customer service since everytime I call aswell!!! Reviewed on: 5th June 2025

Amazing customer support

Forgetting that had an account with Plane Saver for many years. Looked into it to get access and they could not have been more helpful and quick to respond. No issues confirmed security was a bit of a headache for it being an old address, but can't fault the team for being patient. Reviewed on: 5th June 2025

Plane saver is simply fantastic.

Plane saver offer fantastic rates on their loans as well as an easy saving scheme that comes directly out of your pay. Therefore I don't have to account for it coming out, what goes into my account is mine. My money is easily accessible and never an issue to withdraw.
