Great customer service, great organisation

I've used plane saver for 8 years and they were the only organisation who lend me money for my car in 2017. Very reasonable rates, penalty free early repayments, the best over the phone customer service I've known. Highly recommend. Reviewed on: 2nd June 2025

Same day email responses, quick answer on the phone.

Very easy to deal with and accommodating if you struggle with online forms. Money appears quickly in your account. Good communication. Been with them since 2017 and not had one complaint. Reviewed on: 25th May 2023

Very helpful, reasonable interest rates, good service.

I could only get credit through Planesaver for a new car. They made the process so easy, didn't charge extra for the early repayment of it. All changes to my repayments, both increasing and decreasing were easy to do. Very good customer service. Reviewed on: 11th June 2020
