Excellent Service

Police Mutual are always very helpful whenever I need to speak to them and I always get a full breakdown of my cover year to year with excellent value for money. I receive regular communication around different products and updates, and also have opportunities to enter periodic prize draws. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

Rubbish customer service

I hit a deer on the 7th August, it is now 28th September and I'm still waiting for the repairs to be done to my 5 month old car. Shocking customer service. To find out anything I have had to call Police Mutual on numerous occasions only to be fobbed off. I have been a customer of their's for a number of years but will definitely think when my renewal is due. Very angry Reviewed on: 28th September 2023

Better Quote

Saga quoted well over double the quote from Police Mutual. I am 79 and felt I was being penalised for my age because my overall driving record and my claims record do not reflect the amount Saga quoted and made it out to be an excellent deal! Reviewed on: 28th September 2021

Good but with flaws...

Police Mutual Insurance provided me with a highly competitive car insurance quote as usual and they are quick and efficient with paperwork. However the company seem to make simple errors and are only available via phone Monday to Friday during working hours, meaning that any issues can be a while being resolved.
