I am one of the Lexham insurance customer I just wanted to let everyone know that especially the fast food driver they can cancel your insurance without notifying yu as I have caught by police and get point on my license because of the staff so to everyone that they read my message please make sure never insurance with lexham they are nasty dirty insurance they are more insurance company soo when I get point on my license I tell the police that they didn’t notify me when they was cancelled my insurance as everyone now police don’t care so if yu wanted to lose your license please insured with lexham Reviewed on: 7th September 2026

After 2 1/2 months My son had a phone call from them...

After 2 1/2 months My son had a phone call from them saying they wanted more money, because his no claims was wrong..if that was the case why did it take so long for them to realise this..??? And it’s so hard to talk to them waiting on the phone for hours..call back never happens.. what a joke company, say well away from them.. Reviewed on: 9th June 2025

Cheap

Luckily I didn't need their assistance yet, but they're quite cheap and when you do call them you're not stuck in queue for very long. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2023

Cheap .. but then it becomes expensive

Rang to cancel my insurance with 6 months remaining , when I finally got through was told I would receive nothing back ! Having now read other reviews for lexham seems this is a common thread with their service ..they appear to be reasonably priced , bit then once that have your money they keep it . Assistant I spoke too was rude and kept repeating a few practised quotes without explaining why they thought they could keep all of my money ! Would never use this company again , I've been insuring motorbikes for 40 years and this is the worst service I have encountered Leaves you with the feeling you have been robbed. I advise others to read a few other review sites where their rating is far lower before using this company .. . there's a reason why their quotes are cheap ! If I could leave zero stars I would ... also tried to leave a review on Lexhams site but for some reason ... Wouldn't let me leave a review with a low rating ..... Buyer beware !
