    Cheap

    Luckily I didn't need their assistance yet, but they're quite cheap and when you do call them you're not stuck in queue for very long.

    Cheap .. but then it becomes expensive

    Rang to cancel my insurance with 6 months remaining , when I finally got through was told I would receive nothing back ! Having now... Having now read other reviews for lexham seems this is a common thread with their service ..they appear to be reasonably priced , bit then once that have your money they keep it . Assistant I spoke too was rude and kept repeating a few practised quotes without explaining why they thought they could keep all of my money ! Would never use this company again , I've been insuring motorbikes for 40 years and this is the worst service I have encountered Leaves you with the feeling you have been robbed. I advise others to read a few other review sites where their rating is far lower before using this company .. . there's a reason why their quotes are cheap ! If I could leave zero stars I would ... also tried to leave a review on Lexhams site but for some reason ... Wouldn't let me leave a review with a low rating ..... Buyer beware ! Read more Read less

    The worst I’ve had we’re rude and not useful when I rang regarding my insurance they just pass you around to different people defo wouldn’t recommend

    Pretty pointless bicycle insurance

    Was about to get a policy with them. They told me that between the hours of 21.00-06.00 a bicycle is not covered if outside of... Was about to get a policy with them. They told me that between the hours of 21.00-06.00 a bicycle is not covered if outside of your property. On top of that totally pointless insurance policy (since that is exactly what you are insuring for), their key facts and policy schedule didn't even reflect this correctly. Had I had a claim I would have taken them to court if they refused to pay up. Read more Read less
