Rang to cancel my insurance with 6 months remaining , when I finally got through was told I would receive nothing back ! Having now read other reviews for lexham seems this is a common thread with their service ..they appear to be reasonably priced , bit then once that have your money they keep it . Assistant I spoke too was rude and kept repeating a few practised quotes without explaining why they thought they could keep all of my money ! Would never use this company again , I've been insuring motorbikes for 40 years and this is the worst service I have encountered
Leaves you with the feeling you have been robbed. I advise others to read a few other review sites where their rating is far lower before using this company .. . there's a reason why their quotes are cheap ! If I could leave zero stars I would ... also tried to leave a review on Lexhams site but for some reason ... Wouldn't let me leave a review with a low rating ..... Buyer beware !
