Money grabbers

1
Avoid like the plage. I took out car insurance with them, changed my mind before the policy came into force. They said the refund to my card would take 7 days from the effective date of the insurance. Then they said a further 8 days. So they will have my money for nearly weeks. *** Beware ***

1
Think very carefully about using the service and read the reviews. There is a vast amount of negative reviews and they are here for a reason. I took out a policy and then read the reviews which resulted in me cancelling the policy. After cancelling the policy, my experience was non-stop errors, including them taking extra money out of my account without my consent. Attempts to contact them are extremely difficult. The service is void of any interest or customer focus. Agreed plans were completely ignored. I seriously would urge people to think very carefully about using this service. It was so disappointing and wasted so much time. Reviewed on: 31st August 2023

No hustle insurance

No hustle insurance, you do not have to phone them after you get a quote and the service has been simplified and they do not bother you with phone calls either. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

What a ghastly experience...

Their website will not permit a husband to pay for his spouse' policy (that is dumb beyond belief) but God forbid you have to actually speak to one of their customer service monkeys who wrote the book on arrogant rudeness... Reviewed on: 20th July 2023

Appalling customer service

1
I reported a car accident, which was not my fault. Subsequently, I and my husband spent at least 3 hours on the phone, plus e mailing to be lied to, and be passed across from the Post office, to the broker, and on to the damage repairs company and finally the company providing me with a courtesy car. To say the Post Office were incompetent in dealing with my claim is being kind to them. The final insult occurred when they had the temerity to put my annual premium up by 90%! Needless to say, I have no intention of renewing my car insurance policy with them ever again. Reviewed on: 21st June 2023

Catastrophic experience

1
Certainly the worst car insurance in my 23 years of buying car insurance. Had an accident on 29th April and today 5th of June, have not made any progress with my claim at all. Daily emails and telephone calls with no progress. My fault of buying from such company but I wasnt aware that post office insurance will use such a dreadful underwriter. Lodged a complaint to financial ombudsman and waiting for a resolution to this lengthy painful claim Reviewed on: 6th June 2023

Post Office don't answer the phone & won't actually deal with your car insurance

1
Our car was crashed into AT 2 AM on 6 Feb by a Taxi. We are still (23 April) dealing with the 6 subcontractors the Post Office car insurance use to do their job for them: 1. Post Office, 2. Enterprise, 3. Underwriters, 4. MarkerStudy, 5. Vizion, and finally 6. the actual crash repair company! Try finding an e-mail for the Post Office for your car insurance after a crash and you will not find one. Phone? In February waited 45 minutes on 2 phones before anyone answered! NEVER AGAIN.
