A complete disaster from beginning to end. The app showed the money was in the account, but could not use the card in France. Declined on every attempt to use it. PIN blocked though it was the issued number. Fortunately I had the foresight to have Euros in cash and prepaid travel. When I got home, the physical card registered €0 yet the app showed the true balance. Went to my local village Post Office where they managed to sort it out after 45 minutes and several phone calls. They ask for everything via email but you email them and it gets undelivered and sent back because their mailbox is full.
