Review of the Post Office, Travel insurance:

Post Office Travel Insurance 2nd to none

We purchased travel insurance to go abroad. Sadly my partner suffered a large motorbike accident and we could not travel. When we contacted the Post Office, they were so kind and empathetic and went through exactly what we should do. When we got the letters and documents required we contacted them again and said they would take care of it all. With 7 days we had the money back, less the excess. This experience had made such and impact, I have always picked the Post Office for my travel insurance even this year again. Cannot speak highly of my experience. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2026
