Very poor communication during the application process.

Very poor communication during the application process. Very unclear what documentation was required, or what exactly they would accept or not. The 'back office' make the decisions, but took weeks to contact me - meantime they didn't communicate with the people who actually staff the helplines. After 8 weeks I gave up and cancelled the application. On the bright side, I was awarded £100 by their complaints department. Reviewed on: 7th October 2026
