Think very carefully about using the service and read the reviews. There is a vast amount of negative reviews and they are here for a reason. I took out a policy and then read the reviews which resulted in me cancelling the policy. After cancelling the policy, my experience was non-stop errors, including them taking extra money out of my account without my consent. Attempts to contact them are extremely difficult. The service is void of any interest or customer focus. Agreed plans were completely ignored. I seriously would urge people to think very carefully about using this service.
