Terrible policies and faulty repairs.

I submitted my first claim with Protect Your Bubble in August 2024. I received my repaired iPhone on 31st August and began using it the following day, but serious issues emerged within just four days of use. On 4th September, condensation appeared in both the front and rear cameras after minimal exposure to rain. This happened despite PYB's recent repairs. Shocking company ; AVOID

Cancelled my direct debit and continued to take £8.99 payment for last 7 years. No letters, contact. An indefinite Direct debit apparently. The phone would have been worth £5 to sell today….provided evidence I upgraded phone and refuse to refund the money. Angry is an understatement. Reviewed on: 17th September 2023

Excellent service

I recently contacted protect your bubble by phone to update my device and it was very easy to do and the agent was very helpful. The costs have always been reasonable and the website is very easy to use and I can access everything. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

Paid for theft insurance, had my phone stolen and no payout.

I have theft and loss cover which i pay extra for, had my phone stolen, they wouldn't cover it. Have crime reference numbers, been with them for years, as soon as i want to make a claim, sorry nope! Stay clear, been requesting their T&Cs for days and still nothing. Absolute rip off. That will teach me for being honest with these **** bags, should have just said i lost it down the pub, maybe i would have had a chance at getting my phone replaced. Typical insurance company, an... So expensive.

We have PYB for 3 mobiles, and they charge over £20 a month, to put that in perspective our contents insurance for the whole house is less than £60...A YEAR. A lot of ppl don't realise that the home content insurance may also covers their mobile devices when out and about, so it's best checking before buying PYB, especially as it's so expensive. The only time I've ever claimed for a mobile was when I lost my iPhone, and my contents insurance gave me the money to buy a new one. ... Reviewed on: 1st December 2022

Do not insure with them or you will loose your money

DO NOT INSURE ANYTHING WITH THEM I have sent item for repair never got it back should give 0 stars but that is not an option. Customer Services lie to me every time I call. In addition to this they barley speak simple English. They said to start with 5 days, then it was 2, then two times 1 day and I still have no item back. Complaint department ignoring calls and emails. I lost a tablet worth £120 and £50 excess. ABSOLUTELY A FRAUD NOT REPAIR CENTRE. Reviewed on: 20th October 2022
