Raisin customer service is appalling.

Raisin customer service is appalling. I recommended my partner and, due to bereavement, she missed an email from Raisin. As a result they blocked her from her account. Trying to get any help from outside of their secure message system, only available from within the account, exposed an appalling customer service system. Reviewed on: 26th January 2025

Twice the interest on notice accounts was not paid ...

Twice the interest on notice accounts was not paid to me when I terminated. It took a lot of calls and emails to get the matters sorted and in the interim I was out of the money.
