I found there was constant support with your application and so easy to contact and happy to be transparent with their answers . Balance that with being a responsible loan company which is a pleasant refreshing change . Easy to apply online and friendly on the phone and easy to track things on your account.

Fast, easy and trustworthy.

I took out a small loan to replace my old banger with a slightly newer car when my work relocated much further away. Once I'd settled on the car, I knew I'd need the extra money fast. My loan was approved within 48 hours and the online steps and paperwork were very clear and easy to understand. I had never taken a loan out before so was nervous but it couldn't have been more painless. The rates were excellent (easily the best I could find) and I can easily make extra payments any time I like without being charged or penalised. I would happily recommend ratesetter. Amazing!

I've been using Ratesetter for around 2 years now and have never had reason to complain. They have lovely staff who are polite and willing to help.
