Scammed..

Received a text from rbs telling us of fraudulent activity on our current account.Attempted to contact fraud on three occasions.On each occasion contact was cut off.As cards and my account had been closed down I was unable to access any funds .On visiting our Coatbridge branch we were assisted by a member of staff (Gillian) who made contact with the Fraud Department on our behalf.Her input helped resolve the problem .Thanks again Gillian. Easy to use online banking

I can do almost everything online via their clear and easy to use website. Phone banking is always there as a back up if I have a question that I can not find an answer too. Speaking with someone who's first language is English is a huge bonus (that's not racist, its just good service). Reviewed on: 13th January 2019

Can't do enough to help

The local Forres Branch of RBS are my only contact with the bank. If the rest of RBS treat their customers as well as the Forres branch do, then this is without doubt the best bank I have every used. Reviewed on: 13th January 2019

Excellent Local Bank - Now Closed :(

Staff very efficient and friendly at my local branch. Disgraceful that their head office has closed this very well used branch and now our village in Poynton has no banks at all. Reviewed on: 12th January 2019

I love how I can do so many things on the mobile app, I can make payments, apply for new products, know my pending transactions. I can also see all my accounts in one place, so I can see clearly everything that's going on with my banking. Reviewed on: 10th January 2019

Best mobile app for ease of use and customer satisfaction!

RBS' mobile app is amazing. The UI is extremely easy and clear to use. The app has everything you would look for to manage your account on a day-to-day basis and it makes banking so easy and convenient. My favourite feature is the pending transactions list as it keeps me right when I'm using my contactless card on my daily spends. Reviewed on: 9th January 2019

Easy Banking

I Find it really easy to use the services provided by RBS. I use the Mobile App more than anything else as I can do most things with it. I opened up a select account on the phone and then from there I opened a Savings builder through the app in 5 minuets and have a standing order coming out too. Its been great to see my pending transactions now too as it helps me keep on top on my finances. Reviewed on: 9th January 2019
