The Royal Bank of Scotland fixed rate cash ISA is available for one or two years and requires an opening balance of at least £1,000. The RBS variable rate cash ISA can be opened with just £1.

Straight forward, friendly banking

My RBS savings account provides competitive rates, an easy to access website/app and good customer service. I have had no issues with my RBS savings account with everything laid out in a very clear fashion. This is a service which I would likely recommend to friends or family without issue. competitive rates

RBS Cash ISA is an easy to use service with competitive rates. Although it is debatable whether saving nowadays is worth it, putting away some money each month is always a wise idea. I have my current account with RBS and it is easy to transfer between accounts through mobile app. Reviewed on: 26th August 2015

Why do people bother saving?

I have an isa with rbs and it helps me put a bit away. But with the rates as low as they are, I wonder why we even bother saving. Reviewed on: 14th October 2014
