Deactivating my cash isa with Cora was so simple

I wanted to reactive my cash Isa and when I was in my mobile banking app I was directed to Cora the banks digital assistance. It was so simple to be asked the right questions and answer simply to get the ISA activated. How amazing t to do this all... Read more

It was so simple to be asked the right questions and answer simply to get the ISA activated. How amazing t to do this all through the banking app and at your finger tips. 5* innovation and banking service.

GREAT WAY OF SAVING TAX FREE BUT BEING ABLE TO GET HOLD OF YOUR CASH IN AN EMERGENCY

HAD TO LAY MY HANDS ON SOME CASH FOR XMAS AND THE ISA IS A GREAT WAY OF SAVING BUT STILL BEING ABLE TO EASY WITHDRAW FOR THOSE UNEXPECTED EMERGENCIES

Overall, I'm happy with my experience with RBS. They do have a good online banking system, good level of customer service and good variety of products. For someone like me, who has basic needs from their bank, it is a good choice. I don't invest nor have complex products. I do us the bank to pay things and that's all I want to have working without a problem.

I must admit I never really used other banks apart from 2 credit cards I have with non-bank companies. However, when I want to leave RBS, I do find it difficult due to their prompt and friendly customer service. My banking needs are very simple so RBS meets them well. Phone service and live chat are very useful tools and save me time going to branch. Waiting times are none to low and whoever I speak is always willing to go the extra mile to help.

Over ten years service and will not want to go anywhere else

I have been with RBS since I was 15 years old. I am now nearly 32 and have no intention to leave. They have been with me every step of the way through good and bad financially and helped me through this. Great customer service
