You can open a Plum lifetime ISA with just 1p. If you already have a lifetime ISA with another provider, you can transfer it over to Plum. All you need to get started is the Plum app and your National Insurance number.

Plum LISA

I have a lifetime ISA with Plum and find the app very easy to navigate with many useful features. They provide a good interest rate as well! It’s easy to move money into the account. I haven’t got a bad thing to say about them yet. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2026

Helps me save money effortlessly

Transfer In Process Good

I only recently transferred my LISA to Plum but I like it so far. I switched because the interest rate was the best out there and I really appreciated the updates I got during the transfer process. It's always really stressful transferring savings accounts and I'm always worried about something going wrong, but the updates about how long it should take, the maximum length it would take, and the general status were very helpful Reviewed on: 11th February 2026

Competitive interest rates
