Do not touch this with a bargepole

Saved with a Prudential ISA toward buying a house. We cashed in five other savings accounts by asking for the money and having it transferred to our account the same or the next day. Prudential said it would take TWO WEEKS to get our money. We needed it in a week. They charged us £20 to transfer the money 'fast' and even then would not guarantee that it would arrive in time for exchange. We still don't know if we are going to be moving on Wednesday, or whether we will be short of the £15k we saved in the Prudential. Reviewed on: 6th November 2016
