I started off 11 years ago by saving £500 a month.

I started off 11 years ago by saving £500 a month. By 2025, I had enough money saved up via the RBS investment account to actually buy my first home outright - no loan needed!! £130,000 saved and grown over 11 years is fantastic. Reviewed on: 27th February 2025

Great service, great staff

Every time i go to the bank, they tell me at the cashiers desk if there is a better account with higher interests rates than the one i’m Currently in. Staff are always so helpful and friendly Reviewed on: 1st December 2018

Great staff, great location, great branch

The staff at the STornoway branch couldn’t be more helpful. I’ve gotten so much assistance from them over the years. I’m so glad that we still have a local branch. Internet banking can be great for some, but most elderly people struggle with this technology. This branch welcomes all their customers, no matter what the issues could be.
