Great account

The app is amazing. I have banked across a range of financial institutions and RBS make their app the easiest to use. Great Customer Service

I’ve been a RBS customer for many years. I’ve never had any reason to complain, whenever I’ve needed help, the service has always been outstanding. Great to speak to a British advisor also, unlike some other banks who have outsourced their customer service teams overseas. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Select silver from RBS is a good choice

I've been with RBS for over 30 years and found them to be a good bank. I was transferred to select silver a few years ago and I am very happy with the account. I get lots of benefits including free taste card , free mobile phone insurance( which I have successfully claimed on!) and a few others. I also get cashbank for paying my utility bills by direct debit. Absolute bonus !! Reviewed on: 31st December 2018
