Suspicious number of 1-star reviews

I’m a consumer journalist and have two fixed rate accounts and a number of easy access accounts with RCI. I have been an RCI customer for around eight years and have never had an issue with them. I find it more than a little suspicious that so many 1-star reviews have been posted over such a short space of time recently. By the simple law of averages, there should be at least a number of 2-star and more reviews mixed in with the unending list of 1-star reviews! Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Simple offers, great rates.

The website is easy to navigate, there are not too many savings vehicles, but all are at very attractive rates. Also, existing customers get new, higher interest rates before new applicants. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2022

Quick rate increases

For me the best thing that makes RCI stand out is the speed at which recent increases in the Bank of England base rate were reflected with increases in the savings rates; even to long standing existing customers. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2022
