Fantastic Savings Bank - Excellent customer service

Excellent smooth sailing bank that you can set up immediately from your phone for a start. The app it's self is easy to use for the start up process and in general very easy to withdraw and deposit money, as long as you follow instructions. They've recently upgraded to same day withdrawls (it used to be next day or day after next depending on time of day which was a chore) which streamlines everything. The rates for monthly and annually are excellent in comparison to banks that are on the street and they're very secure. If I've ever had a query I phone in and over the phone they're very helpful and very friendly. 10/10 RCI. Reviewed on: 26th June 2024

Good rates, secure site

Good rates, and really easy to use

After a really tough year RCI have recently put the rates up, which I wasn't really expecting in the current circumstances. Their new mobile app makes it much easier to access my account too Reviewed on: 2nd March 2022
