Revolut is an e-money institution which means you can take out an everyday account to manage your money in a range of ways.

You can send, spend, receive and hold a range of currencies. Customers get a physical debit card for everyday spending, a virtual card and a single-use virtual card that resets its details each time you use it.

Revolut: Banking Made Easy, Help Made Hard

Customer service breaks down completely if your query or problem deviates even slightly from their provided scripts. I’ve had some of the most frustrating hours on end attempting to get a simple issue resolved but the agent just kept repeating the same answer to every question and transferred me to another person and started the entire thing from the start to get exact same results and refused to transfer me to a supervisor.
