Revolut is an e-money institution which means you can take out an everyday account to manage your money in a range of ways.

You can send, spend, receive and hold a range of currencies. Customers get a physical debit card for everyday spending, a virtual card and a single-use virtual card that resets its details each time you use it.

Unreliable and untrustworthy bank

I regret to say that my experience with Revolut has been less than satisfactory. Their customer service is subpar, and communication is lacking. The app interface, while visually appealing, is confusing to navigate. Additionally, there have been several instances where transactions have not gone through as expected but the money was taken. Resolutions takes way too long. Overall, I cannot recommend Revolut as a reliable banking option. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Fantastic company & service!

Fantastic! App is incredible, cards are incredible. Overall experience is just second to none! Never thought I'd go past the basic plan but I'm currently on metal plan. I've lost the card twice and had a new one delivered within a few days. Couldn't recommend enough! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025
