I have been a customer for years always worked fine...

I have been a customer for years always worked fine occasional issues getting locked out of app customer services is generally good but in urgent situations waiting for a chat can be frustrating an priority chat for fraud or series situations would be good. Has been a bit concerning that i now have to pay commission it started just at wkend s now its over a certain amount and transfers dont go until Monday. In this respect i feel the service has got worse than when i first joined up. Reviewed on: 13th January 2025

Seamless banking services delivering top satisfaction

Since my arrival to the UK, Revolut has been a top performance in giving pleasurable customers experience. This has been over two years banking with Revolut but only had to call customer services twice for complaints that are minor which got instantaneous resolution. Reviewed on: 13th January 2025
