Mostly good, with a couple of bumps

All good when it’s simple - anything requiring customer support is very poor. And repeated unnecessary, KYC checks well after having passed that upon initial account opening and verification of source of funds make for a decidedly clunky experience more often than should’ve the case for what is an international payment service.
