Happy customer

Been a Revolut user for over six years and have had very satisfactory customer service when instances called for it. Have been able to rely on it for speedy currency exchanges whilst travelling abroad too. I feel any referrals made however only receive the minimum amount of reward money. Great for holidays

Great when it works, very poor customer support

Revolut is a convenient banking solution, especially for if you travel frequently or need to manage multiple currencies. Its user-friendly app and competitive exchange rates make it a top choice for many. However, when issues arise, getting support from Revolut can be frustratingly difficult. Responses can be slow, and the resolution process often feels cumbersome. This lackluster customer support experience can sour an otherwise positive banking relationship.
