Revolut is an e-money institution which means you can take out an everyday account to manage your money in a range of ways.

You can send, spend, receive and hold a range of currencies. Customers get a physical debit card for everyday spending, a virtual card and a single-use virtual card that resets its details each time you use it.

Just started so hard to say. I like the exchange rates and the means to invest . The metal deal has some nice percs but I think the terms for travel insurance cover are pretty weak and misleading. Reviewed on: 19th January 2025

New banking

I’m a fan - it has been very eye-opening to see how expensive and restrictive the high street banking system is. Access to information on investing in crypto, saving money on exchanging currencies, 24/7 account access and no waiting for money to move… it’s what banking should always have been. I’m just waiting for them to offer credit - THAT will end the legacy banking structure. I’m moving country and closing my UK account, so hopefully my new account will be just as excellent.
