You can send, spend, receive and hold a range of currencies. Customers get a physical debit card for everyday spending, a virtual card and a single-use virtual card that resets its details each time you use it.

Unreliable and untrustworthy bank

I regret to say that my experience with Revolut has been less than satisfactory. Their customer service is subpar, and communication is lacking. The app interface, while visually appealing, is confusing to navigate. Additionally, there have been several instances where transactions have not gone through as expected but the money was taken. Resolutions takes way too long. Overall, I cannot recommend Revolut as a reliable banking option. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Revolut really know how to do it.

Great bank, loads of useful extras, amazing for travel - customer service is spot on. I had a card swallowed by a faulty atm in Macedonia, got on their customer service chat and had a virtual card setup literally within 5 minutes of losing my card. The eSIM option is a real winner for me -cheap and easy to set up. Savings and crypto all within one app is good. Plus their new points programme is great to earn extra rewards! Good for Day to Day and Travel/Transfers abroad

A great way to manage money all on one app. instant transfers. Only online in app customer service but available and responsive. Brilliant for us abroad and managing multiple cards. Shares are not the cheapest platform and ISA support would be good. Pretty much my only day to day and online account. Reviewed on: 8th February 2025
