Revolut and companies similar to it are going to be the cause for the extinction of traditional banking. Revolut, like other fin techs, are the smartphones - similar to the original creation of the iPhone - that will make retail banking and current banking fees obsolete. Revolut is one step ahead of the curve. However, despite them being a considerably young company there are certain aspects of their services that they need to focus on equally as they strive for expansion. For example, their customer service or rather lack-of. RITA is just not good enough. In addition, distribution of their physical cards.
