First time using in iceland and new york, transfers...

First time using in iceland and new york, transfers the currency for you, you can leave your own debit card aside and if you wish to add more funds it's just a simple transfer, money that I had left I put into the savings part for my holiday next year, so easy to use, just use the same as you use your debit card, great wee card :) Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

Freedom to Live

As a UK based international civil service and frequent international traveller. Revolut gives me the flexibility and freedom to live my life abroad and in the UK, all wrapped in a simple to use package. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

The support staff are communicative.

The support staff provide such grace and are willing to engage with the customer. These conversations of many types I've experienced are Informative, straight forward and policy based for the majority of Issues and queries I've addressed. An example being that a unique account package that I accepted had been applied to my account. However there were issues concerning Downgrading and I contacted support. During our discourse I noted that, before contacting I read through all the FAQ’s concerning promotional campaigns, and thus explained that I did not purchase any promotional items/perks which would be deductible after once I leave the package. Being the understanding customer advisors, they too agreed that what I did purchase, a standard card and a complimentary free delivery, should be further specified as a perk or be corrected in the apps functionality, as no customer gets to choose when a campaign can be applied for/accepted. In the end, they allowed a manual override and put me on the standard account, stating that it Is indeed an error to improve the terms of service and clarify more specifically; what counts as an additional perk of the free trial, and what counts as a deductible condition to ending the trial.
