Once ordered stuff online from a website and didn’t get the products and every time I reach out to the customer service online they keep telling me it’s coming and then that it has been delivered. I was frustrated so I sent a message to Revolut and they promised they would sort it and they did. I was refunded and that counts for something for me. Highly appreciated that. In my opinion, Revolut is the best international bank because the exchange rates are always very good, there’s live support whenever you need it, bonuses in the form of points, and the ability to invest in assets, gold, and crypto with minimal fees. Also, the card designs are sleek and practically perfect from a consumer’s perspective.
