Revolut is an e-money institution which means you can take out an everyday account to manage your money in a range of ways.

You can send, spend, receive and hold a range of currencies. Customers get a physical debit card for everyday spending, a virtual card and a single-use virtual card that resets its details each time you use it.

Review of the Revolut, Personal Account:

Easy, convenient, reliable

I heard about Revolut late last year, just before setting off on my travels around India and Sri Lanka. A friend had recommended the card and I'm so glad I opted for it. It saved me from having to carry wads of foreign cash. I could pay for meals and other purchases easily or withdraw foreign currency from ATMs very easily. In all cases, I'd get an immediate confirmation of the transaction by email. Very reassuring! The Revolut app is easy to navigate and displays all relevant information about each transaction at a glance - like the exchange rate and fees (if any). The exchange rates were very good and fees much lower than those charged by banks. Highly recommended card. I will look into the higher level services which incur monthly fees but offer many additional benefits (like travel insurance). Reviewed on: 30th January 2020

My whole family love Revolut

Revolut is so easy to use and it’s a life saver. My family and I hate asking for money back when we pay for others so split my bill is perfect. It had a great exchange rate if we needed to withdraw cash abroad. Everything is just easy and intuitive. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

I like the ease at using revolut and that you can set pockets and saving goals with ease with out having to jump through hoops to do this. Also that you invest your money in to something and all the help you need is right there. And you don’t have to sit on hold for hours to get help. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025
